  • Safe Harbor Garrison Bight — Quieter, more nautical feel. Transient dockage up to 100ft. Good for sailboats and mid-size motor yachts. Easier availability than Bight in most conditions.
  • Conch Harbor Marina — Stock Island. Longer-term transient available. Full-service fuel dock. Good alternative when Bight is full.
  • Mile 0 Marina (Stock Island) — Budget-friendly option, no-frills dockage. Good for sailors on a schedule who don't need the downtown location.

Can I get a slip without a reservation in high season?
During peak season (December–March), same-day transient dockage is unreliable — both Key West Bight and Safe Harbor Garrison Bight fill by mid-morning on most days. During Fantasy Fest, New Year's, and Hemingway Days, slips book weeks ahead. Our concierge can hold a slip for you with a deposit. Off-season (June–September), same-day dockage is generally available.
What happens if my boat has a mechanical issue in Key West?
We coordinate with marine mechanics and boatyards on Stock Island and at the Safe Harbor service yard. For emergency repairs, we can get a mechanic to your slip within 24 hours in most cases. For non-emergency service (bottom cleaning, engine maintenance), schedule 1–2 weeks ahead through our concierge.
Can the concierge arrange clearance from the Bahamas?
Yes. We coordinate with customs agents for international arrivals (Bahamas, Caribbean). You'll need to arrange customs/immigration clearance before docking — we provide the documentation requirements and connect you with a customs broker. There's a fee for the brokerage service, typically $150–$300 depending on vessel size.
Is there WiFi at Key West Bight Marina?
Yes — free WiFi throughout the marina, provided by the marina. Signal is generally good near the office but weakens toward the outer slips. For better connectivity, bring a mobile hotspot or arrange a dedicated marine WiFi solution. This is not something we coordinate — it's a marina amenity you deal with directly on arrival.
