Can I get a slip without a reservation in high season?
In peak season — roughly December through March — don't count on it. Both Key West Bight and Garrison Bight Marina tend to fill by mid-morning most days. During Fantasy Fest, New Year's, and Hemingway Days, slips go weeks ahead. Our concierge can hold one for you with a deposit. In the quieter summer months, same-day dockage is usually there for the taking.
What happens if my boat has a mechanical issue in Key West?
Breathe — this is routine here. We coordinate with marine mechanics and the Stock Island boatyards. For emergencies we can usually get someone to your slip within about a day. For non-emergency work — bottom cleaning, engine service — give us a week or two of notice through the concierge and we'll line it up.
Can the concierge arrange clearance from the Bahamas?
